ACA will create a new talent pipeline of interested, qualified, and engaged candidates to fill needed healthcare jobs.  This talent pipeline will help reduce the costs of unfilled vacancies and/or missed volume of service, resulting in a positive return on investment. ACA will benefit its community by offering a new, innovative, and specialized learning option for metro Atlanta’s youth and will contribute to more equitable health and educational outcomes for the community.
